WebJun 30, 2011 · I just bought a 2000 F-350 7.3 with 199,000mi. It takes excessive cranking time to fire up even after it's warmed up, but more so when it's cold. The truck runs good and has no loss of power or stalling/no start problem. I'm thinking it has a leak in the HPOP system and is taking a while to build up the 500psi in the system.
