However, PSE proposes to model several portfolio sensititivites and electric price scenarios modeling the SCC as a variable dispatch cost as requested by WebE3 presented its initial cost recommendations to the Technical Analysis Subcommittee (TAS) and the Scenario Planning Steering Group (SPSG). WECC received a wide range of comments from stakeholders on these initial values.
