Covering parts of Kent, Surrey and Sussex, this 1461km2 area is packed with beautiful places that are enjoyable in every season. It is extremely well connected to London and the Southeast, making it a convenient destination for day trips. The High Weald AONB was designated under the National Park and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 in October 1983.
