If you use a mod that allows > 8 Sims in your household, make sure to increase the lot maximum of 20 as well. All household Sims count towards the lot limit even if they are not on the lot.

WebbIt's about the same for me, some will either leave within a few sim hours or just stand/sit around doing nothing. It's especially bad when it's working sims like bartenders that just take off (another bartender does show up eventually but it's still a nuisance that they keep leaving in the first place). WebbPress the Shift button and then click on the Sim you want to reset. Select the Reset Object (Debug) option. Resetting your Sim will return it to a playable state but the Sim will not return to its home lot and its needs will remain the same.
