It has what is called off-set stitching/molding, which puts most of the molding on the front of the holster and provides a relatively flat back. The holster is at about a 25 degree cant and sits quite low on the belt line, yet still allows me to get a firm grip on the draw.

For me it sits a little deeper IWB but the Nelson stealth is top quality and the neoprene backing is great.
